Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated July 2026
This Acceptable Use Policy governs the messages you send through SendStack. It supplements the Terms of Service; using the service means agreeing to these rules. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break them.
Consent and relationship
Only message recipients who have a legitimate relationship with you or who have consented to hear from you. For SMS you must send from an approved sender ID; for WhatsApp you must use approved templates and respect the platform’s rules. Always honour opt-out and unsubscribe requests promptly.
Prohibited content and conduct
You must not use SendStack to send or facilitate:
- unsolicited bulk messages (spam) or messages to purchased, scraped or rented lists;
- phishing, credential harvesting, malware, or links to malicious content;
- content that is illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, or infringes others’ rights;
- harassment, hate speech, or content that exploits or endangers minors;
- impersonation of a person, brand or organisation you are not authorised to represent.
Platform integrity
Do not attempt to bypass rate limits, credit metering, sender-ID registration or other controls, and do not use the service in a way that harms deliverability for other customers or degrades the platform. We may throttle or suspend sending that threatens the shared sending reputation.
Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate access, with or without notice, where messaging is abusive, unlawful, or harmful to recipients or to the service. Sender-ID registration fees remain non-refundable once submitted to the networks.
Reporting abuse
